Shipping policy
LOCAL PICKUP - 10400 E 86th ST N, Owasso
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup if you are in the Owasso, Oklahoma area. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will normally be ready for pick up within 4 hours. However, there are occasions when it may take longer or overnight depending on when you place your order. Once your order is received by IS&B we will send you an email with an approximate time frame, then a follow-up email when your order is ready.
Illume Studio & Boutique is located within the Doc's Hideaway Ministorage office complex at 10400 E 86th Street N, Owasso, OK. Once you receive the email indicating your purchase is ready for pick-up, just pull up to the complex curbside and we'll bring your order to the car. Please have your confirmation email when you arrive to collect your order.
LOCAL DELIVERY - Owasso, Oklahoma
Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within the Owasso-metro area.
Deliveries are scheduled on an availability basis. You may leave a delivery request in the comments at the end of the sales transaction and we will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout or by email to notify you of availability.
You may also wish to verify that you are within our delivery area or the expected delivery time frame before placing an order. To do so, please contact us at illumestudioboutique@gmail.com and we will get back to you with the answer.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items will be shipped through UPS.
International Shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Illume Studio & Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and the charges are your responsibility as the customer.
ORDER SHIPPING STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (for domestic shipping only) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at illumestudioboutique@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please allow more time if shipping internationally.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
UPS, our shipping carrier, will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you submit a shipping order to a P.O. box, we will contact you to update your order with a physical mailing address prior to shipping.
